KATHMANDU: MARCH. 13 – Nepal’s share market has risen sharply in the first day of the week.
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose by 101 points on this day, reaching 2667 points.
The transaction amount has also increased on this day. On this day, 9 million 22 thousand 8 hundred 90shares of 228 companies have been bought and sold at a price of Rs 4 billion 870 million 7 lakh 15 thousand rupees.
On this day, all of the group indicators are green. On this day, the group index of life insurance increased the most.
The bank’s decision not to raise interest rates in Chaith (March/April) had a positive impact on investors, increased market turnover, and increased the overall index.
