Gold fell by 3500 tola
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 10 – Today, the price of Chhapawal gold in circulation has dropped by Rs 3,500 per tola to Rs 102,000 in the gold and silver market. The price of gold in the Nepali market was so high on Wednesday that it was traded at Rs. 10,500 per tola.
The price of Tejabi gold has been set at Rs 101,500 per tola, according to information made public by the Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs of Nepal. On Wednesday, it was priced at Rs 105,000 per tola.
According to the federation, the price of silver today fell by Rs 45 per tola compared to the previous trading price and reached Rs 1,405 per tola.
The federation has been fixing the daily trading price here on the basis of fluctuations in the price of gold and silver in the international market. Gold is being traded at around $1,978 per tola in the international market today.
