Share market stabilized, turnover decreased
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 7 – The share market has remained stable on the second trading day of the week.
On this day, the share market index (NEPSE) has decreased by 1.55 points and reached 2544.94 points. A total of 53,15,292 shares worth Rs 2 billion 609 million 30 thousand rupees were traded on the day.
The market had declined by 3 points on the previous day as well, but the transaction amount was limited to Rs 2.5 billion.
Share prices of 66 companies rose and 118 fell on Sunday. There has been no change in the share price of the eight companies.
The overall indicator looks almost stable.
Share prices of companies like Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower, Bottlers Nepal and Community Microfinance have risen on this day. Share prices of Panchthar Power Company, Panchakanya Mai Hydro and other companies have declined.
