KATHMANDU: MARCH. 6 – The share market has declined slightly on Sunday, the first day of the week. On this day, the share market index (NEPSE) has decreased by 3.66 points and dropped to 2543.39 points. However, the Sensitive Index rose by 1.31 points to 490.13 points.

A total of 51,39,239 shares worth Rs 2 billion 499.32 million 41 thousand 2 hundred 73 rupees have been bought and sold on this day.

Except for banking, hotel, development bank and others, the rest of the group indicators have declined. Share prices of 101 companies have declined on this day. Share prices of 78 companies have risen. Share prices of 13 companies have remained stable.

Malungkhola Hydropower Company’s share price has risen the most, by 7.80 percent. Similarly, share in Samling Power, Nepal Lube Oil, and Nyadi have risen.

Shivam Cement, Reliance Life, Prudential Insurance, Universal Power, and other companies’ shares fell the most.
