Bara Congress election was cancelled due to fake voting

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 6 – Voting in the Nepali Congress Bara district convention has been cancelled. The polling was cancelled after it was found that fake votes were cast in the election to select the working committee including the district chairperson on Saturday.

According to a statement issued by the Nepali Congress Bara District Election Office, the entire voting process has been cancelled until further notice due to widespread irregularities and irregularities in the polling.

Re-elections will be decided at a meeting on Sunday, according to Chief Election Officer Raj Kumar Upreti. All of the ballots cast on Saturday were destroyed.
