105 cases, 320 recoveries, 3 deaths in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 3 – COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 105 people in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, PCR tests of 2,448 people confirmed the infection in 70 people and antigen tests of 2,476 people confirmed the infection in 105 people, including 35 people.
Of total tests, 3.11 per cent of the PCR and 1.41 per cent of antigen samples returned positive, keeping the overall per-day positivity rate at 2.13 per cent.
According to the ministry, three more people died during the same time period.
Similarly, 320 COVID-19 people were recovered in 24 hours.
Currently, 7,517 people are actively infected across Nepal. Out of which 7 thousand 349 are in home isolation and 168 are in institutional isolation.
Meanwhile, 124,788 people were vaccinated today.
