Ruling coalition meeting continues in Baluwatar

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 3 – The ruling coalition’s meeting has begun in Baluwatar. This is the first meeting between the ruling coalition parties since the US grant aid agreement was approved by the MCC parliament.

Coalition leaders are discussing the MCC’s status, the upcoming Baisakh (April/May) local elections, and current political developments.

The Rastriya Janamorcha has left the alliance, while top leaders from the Nepali Congress, the CPN-Maoist Center, the CPN-Unified Socialist Party, and the JSP are expected to attend the meeting.
