Norvic to conduct free camps for infertility & gynecology

KATHMANDU: MARCH. 2 – On the occasion of Women’s Day, the Norvic IVF Center, which is part of the Norvic International Hospital, will hold a massive free health camp on Saturday, Falgun 21 (March 5).
A team of senior gynaecologists and infertility specialists, as well as Dr Nutan Sharma, a laparoscopic surgeon, will provide free health check-ups, consultations, and treatments to patients next Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Ajay Kumar Mishra, chief executive officer of Norvic Hospital, said that a one-day free health camp is being organized with the objective of increasing access to quality health care at a time when the problem of infertility is becoming more and more prevalent in Nepali society.
The camp also offers free health check-ups and counselling, as well as a 20 percent discount on TB and a 10 percent discount on lab tests, said CEO Mishra.
The hospital has stated that the patients participating in the camp will be given a discount of up to 20 percent of the operation fee on gynaecological laparoscopic surgery if they have to undergo surgery.
Norvic Hospital has already provided discounts on services such as special occasions, celebrations, and day health check-ups as part of its corporate social responsibility.
Norvic has been running a free OPD campaign every Saturday for a long time, utilizing a team led by a specialist physician.
In recent years, free OPD has grown in popularity.
