Price of petroleum rose again, so is the new price list
KATHMANDU: MARCH. 1 – The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has once again sent Nepal Oil Corporation a list of price increases for petroleum products.
The increased price list was received by the corporation from IOC on Tuesday, the corporation said in a statement.
Petrol has increased by Rs 3.89 per liter, diesel by Rs 3.08, and kerosene by Rs 10.30 per liter, according to the new price list.
Similarly, the price of aviation fuel has risen by Rs 3.32 per liter, and the price of LPG gas has risen by Rs 100 per cylinder.
According to the new price list, the corporation will now lose Rs 20.52 per liter on petrol, Rs 16 on diesel, and Rs 665 on LPG.
According to the corporation, the corporation will now incur a loss of Rs 3.90 billion in 15 days and Rs 6.18 billion monthly.
Petrol now costs Rs 165.52 per liter, diesel costs Rs 144.08 per liter, and LPG costs Rs 2240.34 per cylinder.
