180 cases, 400 recoveries, 1 death in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: FEB. 28 – COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 180 people in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health, COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 119 out of 5,218 PCR tests conducted in the country and 61 out of 3,123 antigen tests.

Similarly, one more person has died as a result of COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths to 11,936.

Similarly, with the recovery of 400 more infected people, Nepal has now cured 956,413 people.

According to the ministry, there are currently 8,235 actively isolated and 106 quarantined infected people in Nepal.
