I have made first proposal to move forward by passing another resolution from Parliament: Prachanda

KATHMANDU: FEB. 28 – Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Chairperson of the CPN-Maoist Center, has stated that he has made the first proposal to pass the MCC by passing another resolution from the parliament.

Chairperson Prachanda claimed at a press conference the day after the MCC was passed that he had proposed another resolution from the parliament when KP Oli was Prime Minister.

Incumbent Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, who was then the leader of the main opposition party, also agreed but said it was not possible because then-Prime Minister KP Oli refused.
