Army disposing of suspicious object found in Baneshwor [Photos]

KATHMANDU: FEB. 28 – A suspiciously left cooker has been found on the main road of Baneshwor. Nepal Police and Armed Police Force (APF) are preparing to seal and dispose the suspicious cooker after a suspicious cooker was found near the parliament building.

The suspicious object was found some time ago, according to Central Superintendent of Nepal Police Senior Superintendent Bishnu Kumar KC. “Security has been beefed up in the area,” he said, adding that a Nepal Army bomb disposal team has arrived.

The MCC agreement was announced in response to the passage of the parliament on Sunday. In response to the MCC’s passage in parliament, six small communist organizations and two fronts have called for a strike.
