Parliament: Discussions on MCC begin, UML’s obstruction remains

KATHMANDU: FEB. 27 – Parliamentary meetings have begun. The meeting, which was scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., was delayed by two hours and began at 3 p.m. The main opposition party, UML, continued to obstruct the meeting as soon as it began.

Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkata, on the other hand, urged the UML lawmakers to create a conducive environment for the meeting.
