Protests continue in New Baneshwor against MCC [Photos]

KATHMANDU: FEB. 27 – Protests against the US aid project MCC continue in New Baneshwor.

The protest on Sunday, organized by various political parties and unions, appeared to be peaceful. After a period of protest, people close to the CPN-Maoist have returned.

The agitation of eight communist parties, including the BJP and RPP, and other parties is still ongoing.
