Benzema’s goal in Real Madrid’s victory

KATHMANDU: FEB. 27 – Real Madrid, the top team in Spanish La Liga, have won a hard-fought victory in Spanish La Liga. Real beat Rayo Vallecano 1-0 at home on Saturday night.

Captain Karim Benzema scored the decisive goal in Real’s victory. Benzema scored in the 83rd minute through a pass from Vinicius Junior to give Real a crucial victory.

With the win, Real has a nine-point lead at the top. Real have 60 points from 26 games, while second-placed Sevilla have 51 points. Defeated Rayo Vallecano is in 12th place with 31 points.
