KATHMANDU: FEB. 24 – In the last 24 hours, COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 318 more people in Nepal.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 7,743 samples were tested across the country. The PCR test of 5,508 people confirmed the infection in 151 cases and the antigen test of 2,235 people in 167 cases and 318 cases.

In the last 24 hours, one more person has died and 562 people recovered from COVID-19, according to the ministry.

Currently, there are 9,678 active infections across the country. Of these, 9,406 are in active home isolation and 272 are in institutional isolation.
