Slogan of ‘Reject MCC’ in front of Parliament [Photos]

KATHMANDU: FEB. 24 – A demonstration in front of the parliament building was staged by people’s organizations close to the Maoist center. Protesters chanted slogans such as “No MCC” and “Reject MCC.”

The UCPN (M) has been opposing the MCC’s decision to start discussions from today’s parliament sitting.

The Maoists, who have previously stated that the MCC should not proceed in the current situation, have already made a policy decision to vote in opposition.
