Complaint lodged of sexual abuse against Paul Shah

KATHMANDU: FEB. 23 – On Wednesday, a case was filed against actor Paul Shah at the District Police Office in Tanahun. The well-known singer has filed a lawsuit against him.

According to reports, the police will investigate the complaint and continue their investigation into Shah.

According to Article 219 of the Criminal Code, having consensual sex with a girl under the age of 18 is considered as rape. According to the country’s criminal code, if found guilty, the culprit could face up to 10 to 12 years in prison.
