Sovereignty of the country should not be exchanged for money: Durga Poudel

KATHMANDU: FEB. 20 – Rastriya Janamorcha MP Durga Poudel has said that the country’s sovereignty should not be exchanged for money.

Speaking at today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, MP Poudel said that only by collecting the country’s taxes, the same amount of money can be collected as given by the MCC.

She also said that it was objectionable to introduce the MCC agreement in the parliament.
