MCC to table in Parliament today: Government Spokesperson

KATHMANDU: FEB. 20 – Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, Minister of Information and Communication Technology, has stated that the MCC agreement will be tabled in parliament today.

Minister Karki, who also serves as the government’s spokesperson, stated that the ruling coalition has agreed to present the MCC in parliament today.

Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, UCPN (Maoist) Central Committee Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, UCPN (Maoist) Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jhala Nath Khanal, JSP Chairperson Upendra Yadav and Baburam Bhattarai were present at today’s meeting.

The meeting of the House of Representatives is being held at 1 pm today.
