437 cases, 2,454 recoveries, 2 deaths in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: FEB. 18 – An additional 2,454 people have been recovered from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. Similarly, COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 437 more people at the same time.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the PCR test of 5,133 people confirmed the infection in 275 people and the antigen test of 3,958 people confirmed the infection in 437 people including 162 people.

Two people have died in the last 24 hours as a result of COVID-19 infection, bringing the total death toll to 11,913.

With the addition on Friday, Nepal’s total number of COVID-19 infections has risen to 1.13 million 544.

At the same time, the number of recovered reached 9 lakh 48 thousand 784.

Meanwhile, 124,867people were vaccinated today.
