KATHMANDU: FEB. 18 – The suspicious items found in Kathmandu, Kalanki, were disposed of by a bomb disposal team of the Nepal Army. The Army’s special team disposed of the zebra bag and pressure cooker found on sack near the Kalika Petrol Pump in Kalanki.
Inspector Santosh Singh Rathore of the Metropolitan Police Office, Ranipokhari, said two pressure cookers labeled ‘No MCC’ and ‘Danger’ were found with the attached wire.
He claims that while disposing of the pressure cookers found in the zebra and rice sacks, one of them was found to contain a salt-like substance and another was found to be empty.
