Agreement between Civil Bank and F1Soft International
KATHMANDU: FEB. 17 – Civil Bank Limited and F1Soft International have agreed to work together to make digital banking services and facilities more efficient by launching an omnichannel platform.
The agreement has been signed by Sunil Kumar Pokhrel, Chief Executive Officer of Civil Bank and Subash Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of F1 Soft International.
The bank intends to improve its mobile banking service by making it more efficient and robust in order to provide customers with easy financial access.
After the upgrade, the customers of Civil Bank will be able to use the services like opening a bank account, sending money, depositing money in the account, taking a bank loan through the mobile app and enjoy the required financial services in a simple and easy way.
The Bank has so far been providing all banking services and facilities to around seven lakh customers through 115 branches, 10 extension counters and 97 ATMs.
