Clashes between YCL and police [Photos]

KATHMANDU: FEB. 16 – Clashes have erupted in protest of the MCC agreement between the YCL, Akhil Revolutionary, and the police.

Earlier, protesters and police clashed in New Baneshwor against MCC.

In opposition to the MCC, YCL and Akhil Revolutionary activists chanted slogans such as “No need for MCC, reject MCC agreement.”

After protesters began throwing stones, police used batons and water cannons to disperse the crowd.
