MCC will be presented in Parliament: Senior Leader Poudel

KATHMANDU: FEB. 14 – Senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel has said that MCC will be presented in the parliament.

Poudel stated at a program of the Adikavi Bhanu Literary Studies Committee on Monday that Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota could not stop MCC.

He stated that the MCC will be presented in parliament and that the decision will be made after the resolution is discussed. Poudel also stated that the impeachment motion against Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana was natural.

Leader Poudel has stated that the parliament should reject the impeachment motion filed by the main opposition CPN-UML against the four judges who decided to reinstate the parliament.

He stated that the Supreme Court’s decision should be accepted by all and that the impeachment motion against the four judges who decided to reconstitute parliament should be rejected.
