2,401 new cases, 7,777 recoveries, 14 death in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: FEB. 9 – An additional 2,401 cases of COVID-19 infection have been confirmed in Nepal in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 2,401 people were infected while testing samples from 16,356 people.

Similarly, 7,777 people have recovered from COVID-19, while 14 have died during the same time period.

Currently, there are 30,241 COVID-19 infected people in the country.

The ministry has urged everyone to follow health standards, stating that the risk exists despite the declining infection rate.
