Suzuki brings door-to-door car repair service
KATHMANDU: FEB. 9 – Suzuki has started providing door-to-door car repair services to Nepali customers.
CG MotoCorp, the official Suzuki dealer for Nepal and CG Holdings Automotive Division, has launched a ‘Workshop on Wheels’ for car repair at a customer’s home.
According to the new plan of Smart Wo Workshop, Suzuki customers can now have their vehicle repaired at their doorstep, according to CG MotoCorp.
According to the company ‘Workshop on Wheels’ has all of the latest technology and equipment for general service, maintenance, and other vehicle-related tasks.
Suzuki’s General Manager, After-Sales and Parts, Shyam Shrestha, stated, “We are delighted to bring this new initiative to our customers.” This is a modern workshop built on four-wheelers that will handle all customer service activities. This facility will offer emergency roadside assistance as well as reachable customer service.
According to Shrestha, the service is currently available in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Bhairahawa, and Narayanghat. He stated that this service will soon be available in major cities of Nepal.
