Shahi in NC Karnali state whip

KARNALI: FEB. 9 – Amrita Shahi has been nominated for the position of Whip by the Nepali Congress Karnali State Sabha Parliamentary Party.

Congress parliamentary party leader Jeevan Bahadur Shahi has nominated her as a whip in accordance with Article 11 (1) of the party’s constitution, 2074 BS.

Whip Him Bahadur Shahi had previously been appointed Minister of Internal Affairs and Law. The Congress parliamentary party’s constitution states that the whip must carry out the duties under the direct supervision, coordination, and consultation of the party leader.
