Judicial Council meeting postponed

KATHMANDU: FEB. 7 – The Judicial Council meeting scheduled for today to appoint judges has been postponed.

Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana had called a meeting for today. The meeting was postponed, however, as council member Ram Prasad Bhandari was unable to attend owing to sickness.

According to a press release issued by the Judicial Council’s spokesperson, Man Bahadur Karki, the meeting was postponed as Bhandari was unable to attend due to sickness.
