Share market rose by 15 points, 5 billion turnover
KATHMANDU: FEB. 7 – Share market index (NEPSE) rose modestly on Monday. On this day, the market has increased by 15.69 points and reached 2851.86 points.
In addition, the Sensitive Index increased by 3.05 points to 535.32. 9,512,580 shares of 224 companies were traded at Rs. 5 billion 22 million 17 thousand 1 hundred 81 rupees was traded on this day.
The stock prices of 105 companies rose, while the stock prices of 70 companies fell. NIFRA’s share gained the highest on the day, rising 8.42 percent. Similarly, Chhyangdi Hydropower, Sanima Life Insurance, and other companies share prices have risen.
Similarly, shares of companies like Buddha Bhoomi Nepal Hydro and Support Micro Finance have dropped the most.
On this day, sub-indices of all groups except banking, hotel and tourism, microfinance have increased.
