Establishment of Financial Institution Supervision Department by Rastra Bank

KATHMANDU: FEB. 4 – A financial institution supervisory department has been established by Nepal Rastra Bank.

Previously, the department was formed by combining the supervision departments of development banks and financing companies.

The bank also noted that the decision to establish the department will take effect from Feb 13th.
