Gold price fell
KATHMANDU: FEB. 4 – In the gold and silver market, the price of Chhapawal gold in circulation has dropped by Rs 200 per tola to Rs 92,500 today. The yellow metal had traded at Rs 92,700 per tola on the previous day.
According to the details made public by the Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs of Nepal, the price of Tejabi gold has been fixed at Rs 92,000 per tola today.
The price was set at Rs 92,200 per tola on Thursday. Similarly, the price of silver today declined by Rs. 5 per tola as compared to the previous trading price and stood at Rs. 1,255, according to the federation.
The federation has been fixing daily trading prices here on the basis of changes in gold and silver prices in the international market. Gold is being traded at around $1,806 per tola in the international market today.
