74 arrested for online gambling

KATHMANDU: JAN. 31 – 74 people have been arrested in Kathmandu for online gambling.

On Sunday, 74 people were arrested for gambling online from a restaurant run by Subhash Ghising of Dolakha in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-6. Among those arrested are eight women and 66 men.

According to the Metropolitan Police, Rs. 619,250 was also recovered from them. They are being investigated further, according to the police.
