BIRATNAGAR: JAN. 30 – Another of the two bodies found in the sugarcane field of Morang’s Dhanpalthan Rural Municipality has been identified.

One of the two people’s identities has previously been revealed. On Thursday, one of the two remains found 30 meters apart in a sugarcane field was identified. Rajendra Kumar Shrestha, 49, of Dharan Sub-Metropolitian-3, has been identified as the deceased.

Another 30-35-year-old man’s body could not be identified. The identity of another body has also been identified, according to DSP Deepak Shrestha of the Morang District Police Office.

The body of the deceased was found in a ditch at a sugarcane field on Wednesday, according to DSP Shrestha.

He stated that because the two were found to be friends, an effort was being done to figure out what their relationship was. According to DSP Shrestha, the body has now been identified “It has gotten much easier to investigate now that the body has been handed over. In a few days, some facts will be disclosed.”

He said that the identity was revealed only after the family members came and saw the body. Another body that has not been identified, exhumed on Thursday, has already been cremated by relatives. Although it was easy to identify the deceased Shrestha as his identity card was found with him, the police had difficulty in identifying another body.

Because they are partners, police believe they may have done business together. An inquiry into their internal relationship is currently underway, according to the police.

When the farmers noticed the soil being dug while cutting sugarcane in the sugarcane field last Wednesday, they informed the police. During their investigation, police found the bodies of the two men.

So far, no arrests have been made, according to police.
