Calibration flight from Gautam Buddha, regular flights from Buddha Jayanti

BHAIRAHAWA: JAN. 30 – Prem Bahadur Ale, the Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, has said that a ‘calibration flight’ will take place at Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa from Feb 21.
Minister Ale noted that preparations have been made for a calibration flight from the airport from Feb 21 while inspecting the Gautam Buddha International Airport on Saturday afternoon.
During the inspection, Minister Ale instructed the ministry, CAAN and project officials and team members to work hard day and night to prepare for the calibration flight without any delay.
He also said that the airport would start international flights from Buddha Jayanti.
