NEPSE increased by 3 points, turnover of Rs 3.34 billion
KATHMANDU: JAN. 27 – The share market (NEPSE) index rose slightly on Thursday, the last trading day of the week. The NEPSE index has increased by 3.29 points to 2779.93 points on this day.
In addition, the Sensitive Index increased by 0.38 points to 518.72.
On this day, 66,75,231 lots of shares have been traded at 3 billion 343.44 million 13 thousand 6 hundred 84 rupees. Of the 224 companies traded on the day, the share price of 90 companies has risen.
Share prices of 86 companies have declined. Similarly, the share prices of 15 companies remained stable. Shares of Wayne Nepal Microfinance, Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower, CEDB Hydropower and other companies have risen on this day.
Share prices of companies including Saptakoshi Development Bank, United Idi Mardi and RB Hydropower have declined.
On this day, the share indices of sub-groups such as banking, trading, hotel and tourism, development bank, life insurance and the mutual fund have declined.
