Committee formed to study the problems arising in visit visa
The ministry said in a statement that it would submit a report with suggestions on how to solve the problems faced by the workers while living abroad.
KATHMANDU: JAN. 27 – A committee has been formed to study the visit visa and the issues that arise from it.
Under the chairmanship of Joint Secretary and Spokesperson Phanindra Mani Pokhrel, the Ministry of Home Affairs has formed a committee to analyze the difficulties faced by Gulf countries in obtaining visit visas and to study visa-related issues.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the committee will include representatives from the Ministries of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, Nepal Police, Immigration Department, and Foreign Employment Promotion Board.
In a statement, the ministry stated that it would submit a report with suggestions for resolving the issues that workers faced while living abroad. “A committee has been formed under the chairmanship of Home Ministry Joint Secretary Phanindra Mani Pokharel to analyze the various difficulties faced by Nepali youths in the Gulf countries including Dubai using visit visas and study the problems created by visit visas and submit a concrete plan of implementation,” the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
