All three candidates of alliance won NA seat from Far-West

DHANGADHI: JAN. 26 – The seat from the Far-Western State was won by three candidates of the ruling coalition.

Narayan Mishra, a Nepali Congress candidate, was elected to the National Assembly. With 1872 votes in the state assembly and 1872 votes at the local level, he was elected.

Dilliraj Bhatta, a UML rival, was defeated. Bhatta got 624 votes at the state level and 1272 votes at the local level.

On the women’s side, Garima Shah, the ruling coalition’s unified socialist, was victorious. Shah got 1872 votes in the state assembly and 1962 votes at the local level.

The nearest rival, UML candidate Santosh Sharma Thapa, received 576 votes in the state and 1152 votes in the local level.

Similarly, Jagat Parki of the Maoists emerged victorious on the Dalit side. He became a candidate from the alliance with 1872 votes for the state assembly and 1890 votes for the local level.

His nearest rival UML candidate Naresh BK got 576 votes in the state and 1206 votes in the local level.
