Commission seeks application for promotion of teachers

KATHMANDU: JAN. 26 – The teacher promotion procedure has begun. The Teachers Service Commission is accepting applications for vacant positions in community schools in the primary, lower secondary, and secondary level first and second classes.

According to the commission, 25% of the posts will be filled through an internal competitive examination and 75% would be filled based on performance appraisal.

Starting on Wednesday, candidates will be able to submit their applications. The commission has already announced an open competition for teaching positions at the pre-primary, lower secondary, and secondary levels.
