Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan shut down non-essential services
DHANGADHI: JAN. 25 – After the COVID-19 was confirmed among the office employees, the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Municipality halted all services except those that were completely essential.
On Tuesday, the Sub-Metropolitan government issued a notice stating that the service will be closed on Wednesday. According to a statement released by Ram Lal Shrestha, the Sub-chief Metropolitan’s administrative officer, the office has decided to close all non-essential services (health, sanitation, fire brigade, and ambulance) as of Jan 26 (Wednesday) because some employees have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are being isolated due to similar symptoms.
The service seekers who come to get the essential services have also requested to bring the vaccine card against COVID-19 following the health standards.
