KATHMANDU: JAN. 20 – With the spread of the Omicron variant, the rate of COVID-19 infection in Nepal is growing by the day. As a result, the government has increased the vaccine campaign in order to reduce the risk of infection.

Furthermore, starting on January 21, the government has made vaccination cards required for entry into public bodies and public places. As a result, crowds of people are rushing to the hospital and vaccination center to be vaccinated. To lessen the danger of infection, the government has recently begun administering booster dosages.

The general public is eager to be vaccinated now that the government has made vaccination cards mandatory and booster doses available.

What is required to apply booster dose?

  • Vaccination card of both doses
  • Identity card provided by the organization you work for in the case of frontline employees
  • For people with poor immunity, medication reports are required
  • For people above the age of 60, an age certificate is required
