KATHMANDU: JAN. 19 – What if you’re worried about losing your COVID-19 vaccination card? Don’t be concerned for the time being! You can re-create the vaccination card.

You can achieve this by going to the same center or health institution where the vaccination was first administered and making a copy of the vaccination card. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, if the vaccination card against COVID-19 is lost, a copy can be obtained from a vaccination center or health institution.

According to the ministry, if both doses have been vaccinated, a copy of the vaccination card can be obtained from the second dose vaccination center or the health institution of the municipality having the vaccinated health institution. Similarly, if Johnson & Johnson is vaccinated, it can be obtained from the health center of the same center or the health institution having the vaccination.

If the first dose is given, a copy of the card can be obtained from the health branch of the vaccinated center or the health institution having the vaccinated health institution. Due to the increasing COVID-19 infection, the government in Nepal has made the vaccination card mandatory for entering public places and seeking services from Jan 21.
