KATHMANDU: JAN. 18 – The Armed Police Force’s APF Club has reached the final of the PM Cup National Twenty20 Men’s Cricket.
APF qualified to the final after defeating Tribhuvan Army Club by 47 runs in the second semi-final. Army lost 9 wickets in 20 overs while chasing a 231-run target, scoring only 183 runs.
In 20 overs, APF scored 230 runs for the loss of two wickets. Aasif Sheikh scored 84, Lokesh Bam 66 and Pradeep Airee 57 runs. Lokesh scored 66 not out off 18 balls, including nine sixes. Aasif faced 43 balls and scored 84 runs.
