Maoist Chair Prachanda tests negative for COVID-19

KATHMANDU: JAN. 17 – Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, the Chairperson of the Maoist Center, has recovered from COVID-19. Prachanda’s most recent test resulted in a negative result, according to information provided by his secretariat.

“He has been recovered as soon as he tests negative,” Ganga Dahal, a member of Prachanda’s private secretariat, said.

The secretariat has extended gratitude to everyone who has expressed concern over Prachanda’s health. Pushpa Kamal had contracted COVID-19 seven days ago.
