KATHMANDU: JAN. 13 – The number of vaccinations at vaccination centers has increased since the start of the third wave of COVID-19 ‘Omicron.’ Those who have previously missed out on vaccines, as well as those who have not reached the age of majority, are now being vaccinated.
They are being vaccinated against COVID-19 in government hospitals in Kathmandu Valley, including Teku, Maternity Home, and Civil Hospital.
Johnson & Johnson and Vero Cell vaccines are provided at the Civil Hospital in New Baneshwor, according to hospital administration. There is a swarm of vaccinators at the hospital.
The government is tightening its regulations on COVID-19. Those who go to get vaccinated against COVID-19, on the other hand, are forced to stand in a crowd. The administration in Kathmandu Valley has implemented a smart lockdown. Those who have gone for vaccination, have no health protection.
