KATHMANDU: JAN. 13 – West Ham climbed to the top four of the English Premier League with a 2-0 win over bottom-placed Norwich City. Norwich’s dream of adding three points in their 20th game did not come true when they lost 2-0 to West Ham on Wednesday night. With the win, West Ham is still in the top four.

Forward Jarrod Bowen made both goals possible in West Ham’s win. He made good use of Coufal’s pass and made good use of Masuaku’s pass in the 83rd minute to make it 2-0. Bowen, who signed for Hull City for 20 million in 2020, has scored a total of 20 goals in all competitions this season.

With the win, West Ham has risen to the fourth position with 37 points from 21 games. Arsenal are fifth with 35 points, while Tottenham are sixth with 33 points. Manchester City is at the top with 53 points.
