NEPSE fell by 30 points, turnover exceeded Rs 8 billion
KATHMANDU: JAN. 12 – On Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the year, the share market (NEPSE) index fell by 30.51 points. On Tuesday, the share market gained 49 points, with a turnover of Rs 6.72 billion.
The NEPSE index dropped 1.08 percent to 2,803.62 points on Wednesday. The Sensitive Index dropped 7.04 points to 521.83 points.
A total of 1,61,47,390 shares of 229 companies were traded at Rs 8 billion 333.21 million 2 thousand 7 hundred 42 rupees on Wednesday.
Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited’s share price has increased by 10% and Corporate Development Bank Limited’s share price has risen by 10%.
The share prices of Narayani Development Bank Limited and Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company Limited have risen by 9.98% and 9.98%, respectively.
