Growth in NEPSE: 7 billion turnover as the market rises by 73 points

KATHMANDU: JAN. 9 – On Sunday, the first day of the week, the share market has seen an encouraging improvement.

On this day, the share market index NEPSE has increased by 73.01 points and reached 2765.47 points. The Sensitive Index also rose by 13.21 points to 519.37 points.

On this day, 15 million 58 thousand 6 hundred and 21 shares of 239 companies were traded at Rs. 7 billion 10 million 18 million 31 thousand 591 rupees.

On this day, the share price of Nepal Hydro Developers Limited, Himalayan Energy Development Company has increased by 10 percent. Similarly, the share prices of companies like Union Hydro Limited and Madhya Bhotekoshi have also gone up.

On this day, group sub-indices of all types of companies have also turned green.
