Gold and silver prices dropped
KATHMANDU: JAN. 6 – On Thursday, gold and silver prices dropped on the Nepali market. The price of gold dropped by Rs 500 to Rs 92,300 per tola on Thursday, down from Rs 92,800 per tola on Wednesday, according to the Federation of Nepalese Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs.
According to the federation, the price of Chhapawal gold in circulation on Thursday was Rs 79,135 per 10 grams. Similarly, the price of Tejabi gold has been set at Rs 91,800 per tola. According to the federation, Tejabi gold remains at Rs 78,705 per 10 grams.
The price of Silver also declined by Rs 25 per tola on Thursday. The price of Silver stood at Rs 1,235 per tola on Thursday. Silver was trading at Rs 1,260 per tola on Wednesday. Similarly, the price of Silver stood at Rs 1,059 per 10 grams, according to the federation.
