Free health camp of KMC at Ratmate of Kavre

KATHMANDU: JAN. 3 – A free health camp has been held at Kavre’s Panauti Municipality-6 Ratmate.

In collaboration with Kathmandu Medical College, Ratmate Youth Club, Janhit Ekta Samaj, and Community Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Limited, a one-day camp has been arranged.

According to Narayan Dahal, general manager of KMC, 1,367 people were provided free checkups at the camp.

According to him, ECG of 192 people, blood test of 213 people and video X-ray of 198 people have been done during the treatment in the camp. Likewise, 31 teeth have been treated.

KMC’s specialty physicians checked the patient’s health. According to the organizers, 63 persons who were unable to be treated at the camp were referred to a hospital for surgery.
